ONE DAY TRIP TO BEZDAN ON THE BOAT “TATJANA”

The Great Bački Canal (GBC), also known as Kish’s Canal, is located in the central section of the Danube-Tisa-Danube canal system. Its upper stream links Sombor with the towns Bački Monoštor and Bezdan, representing a unique habitat for rare birds (such as the white-tailed eagle and the black stork) and species of plants (including the white water lily).

The boat “Tatjana” is designed for panoramic sailing and has a maximum capacity of 25 people. 

During this trip we guarantee unforgettable moments and the ultimate relaxation and fun for our guests. On the boat we provide glassware and ashtrays as well as a selection of cold drinks for sale.

Safety is highly important to us, which is why we provide life vests and a dedicated crewmember in charge of safety while on board.

Cruise program:

Departure from Sombor bathing resort Strand (time negotiable). The cruise lasts 2 hours and 40 minutes each way.

During the voyage we share interesting facts about the history, significance, trivia, flora and fauna of the GBC. To accompany the good atmosphere we provide background music during the whole trip, and, if the guests prefer, we also offer live music on the boat as well as on land. Short breaks on land are also an option.

When we arrive at the beach in Bezdan (located at the end of the Excursion Site Šebešfok) there is the opportunity to swim and relax in the water, after which we will go for lunch at the Ecological Classroom. Next we take a stroll to the river Danube and the old ship locks, then visit the Battle of Batina Museum.

Return time to Sombor is negotiable.

Price - 16.000 rsd total for the group day trip. Live music - 5.000 rsd extra.
